Shipping Policy
Aurev operates exclusively as an e-commerce business and delivers within the United Kingdom and internationally. This policy outlines timelines, shipping methods, responsibilities, and delivery conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Order processing
- Order processing will only begin after payment has been received.
- Internal processing may take up to, depending on order volume and stock availability. 3 business days to make use of.
- Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipment tracking
- As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- The tracking number can be up to 3 business days are needed until they show movements in the shipping service provider's system.

3. Delivery times

4. Proof of delivery

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct delivery address. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or returns.
5. Delivery Attempts and Reshipping
If an order is returned due to the recipient's absence, refusal of delivery, or incorrect address, the customer will bear the costs for reshipping.
6. Complaints due to non-receipt
- Claims for non-delivery will only be accepted after the maximum delivery period specified in this policy has been exceeded.

- Before any clarification can be made, a formal case must be opened with the shipping service provider.
7. Shipping costs and additional fees
- The shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the products.
- Additional fees such as customs duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stipulated by law.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed or shipped can no longer be changed or canceled. If the customer decides to return the order, the terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy .

Aurev is not liable for:
- Damages or losses that occur due to improper handling by the shipping service provider.
- Delays caused by external or unforeseeable events.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
